Understand your store's performance with Mozhe's built-in analytics. Track visitors, sales, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.

Overview

Mozhe Analytics provides:

  • Traffic Analytics - Visitor counts, page views, and engagement
  • Sales Reporting - Revenue, orders, and product performance
  • Customer Insights - Geographic and device data
  • Real-time Monitoring - Live activity on your store

Accessing Analytics

To view your analytics:

  1. Navigate to Analytics in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Select a date range using the picker
  3. Switch between different report views
  4. Export data as needed

Date Range Selection

Choose your reporting period:

  • Today - Current day activity
  • Yesterday - Previous day
  • Last 7 days - Week overview
  • Last 30 days - Month overview
  • Custom range - Select specific start and end dates

Traffic Analytics

Understand how visitors interact with your store.

Overview Metrics

The dashboard shows key traffic metrics:

Traffic Sources

Understand where visitors come from:

Referrers

See which websites send you traffic:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Referrers
  2. View traffic by source
  3. Identify valuable partnerships
  4. Track marketing campaign effectiveness

Common referrer categories:

  • Direct - No referrer (typed URL, bookmarks)
  • Search - Google, Bing, etc.
  • Social - Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Other sites - Blogs, directories, partners

Privacy and Compliance

Mozhe Analytics is designed with privacy in mind.

Data Collection

What we collect:

  • Page URLs visited
  • Device and browser type
  • Country (from IP, not stored)
  • Referrer URLs
  • Session identifiers (anonymous)

What we don't collect:

  • Personal information
  • IP addresses (not stored)
  • Cross-site tracking
  • Third-party cookies

Data Retention

  • Raw event data: 90 days
  • Aggregated statistics: Indefinitely
  • Daily summaries: 2 years

Compliance

Analytics is compliant with:

  • GDPR (European privacy regulation)
  • CCPA (California privacy law)
  • No consent required for basic analytics

Troubleshooting

No Data Showing

If analytics shows no data:

  1. New store - Allow 24-48 hours for data collection
  2. Date range - Check you've selected a valid range
  3. No traffic - Verify site is accessible and receiving visitors

Data Seems Wrong

If numbers don't match expectations:

  1. Compare with other sources (payment processor, etc.)
  2. Check for bot traffic (usually filtered)
  3. Verify date range and timezone
  4. Contact support for data validation

Delayed Data

Analytics data may be slightly delayed:
